Diarmuid O’Driscoll took on the enormous challenge of running the Cork City Marathon in June in memory of his dad Dermot O’Driscoll. With the support of his mum Theresa, wife Grace, family and friends, Diarmuid raised €18,413.95 for Mercy Hospital Foundation Cancer Appeal. Dr Derek Power and Brian Dunphy, Mercy Foundation Board were honoured to accept this incredible amount from Diarmuid recently when he called to the hospital joined by his wife Grace, mum Theresa and his children Tadhg and Sadhbh.
We wish to say a huge heartfelt thank you to Diarmuid for his support

Congratulations Dee - amazing amount raised for Cancer services. So well done 👏

We want to send huge good luck to the incredible Skydive for Sonny Team who take to the skies on Saturday morning in memory of Sonny Curran and to raise funds for the Mercy Kids & Teens Appeal. Hospital Porters Jimmy McCarthy, James Taylor, Micheal Murray, Evan Cashman and Phil Aldridge and Healthcare Assistant Jason O’Sullivan are joining Sonny’s dad Colin, also a porter in Mercy University Hospital Cork, to mark what would be Sonny’s 3rd birthday in a very special way.
We are so deeply grateful to Colin and his family and his colleagues in the Mercy who have joined him on this adventure for what they are doing to support other kids and families. 💚
The sky’s the limit guys! 👏 ... See MoreSee Less
